Ace company was founded in 1935 in England and was one of the earliest modern warehouse builders.

During the 1970 ~ 1980s, Ace Steel cooperate closely with several European materials handling enterprises, especially Linde. Meanwhile, it had become an important supplier in the local shelves industry.
In the mid-90s, due to the rising labor costs in Europe and the U.S. and China's reform and opening up policy, Ace Steel adjusted its development direction timely. It sought to open a new factory in Asia and set up Ace (international) Group co., Ltd in Hong Kong as its holding company in Asia.
In 1998, thanks to the introduction of the executive in Linde (China) Forklift Truck Corp., Ltd. ACE CEO Alec got acquainted with Victor Wong.
Aceally (International) Group China Established in 1999 by Victor Wong, it is a comprehensive enterprise integrating design, production, sales, and service. The Group's five major industries cover storage racking systems, plastic products, supermarket shelving systems, and handling equipment.
