From raw material selection to finished product delivery, we carry out strict inspection throughout the whole process. We pay close attention to dimensions, structure, surface treatment, and packaging to ensure product reliability.
Step 1: Material Verification
Each steel coil comes with a certificate of conformity issued by the steel mill and provided by a certified supplier. Our laboratory randomly selects samples from each batch of steel for tensile strength testing.
Step 2: In-Process Inspection
Our QC team load-tests sample beams at 120% of rated capacity. Powder Coating thickness is measured at 60-80 microns using digital gauges to ensure long-term corrosion resistance.
Step 3: Pre-Shipment Audit
Before containers are sealed, we verify beam lengths within ±2mm tolerance and check upright verticality at 1mm per meter maximum deviation. Surface defects larger than 5mm trigger batch rework.
