RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — At the Saudi Warehousing & Logistics Expo 2025, Aceally (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. (Aceally Group) showcased a comprehensive range of warehouse storage solutions designed to support the rapid development of logistics infrastructure across Saudi Arabia.

As industrial development continues under Saudi Vision 2030, logistics operators, warehouse developers, EPC contractors, and supply chain managers are looking for storage systems that combine high load capacity, efficient space utilization, reliable structural performance, and flexible configuration.

With 30 years of experience in warehouse racking manufacturing, Aceally Group has presented integrated storage solutions designed for the operational requirements of Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East market.

Integrated Storage Solutions for Modern Warehouses

Modern distribution centers often handle a wide variety of products, making it necessary to combine different storage systems within the same facility.

Depending on inventory characteristics and operational requirements, a single warehouse may incorporate heavy-duty selective pallet racking for fast-moving palletized goods, high-density drive-in racking for bulk or seasonal inventory, longspan shelving for manually picked products and spare parts, and structural mezzanines to make better use of available vertical space.

Managing these systems through multiple suppliers can increase engineering coordination, procurement complexity, and installation challenges.

Aceally Group provides a one-stop approach to warehouse storage. Its engineering team can develop integrated warehouse layouts combining pallet racking, drive-in racking, longspan shelving, mezzanine systems, and related storage accessories within a unified facility design.

This approach allows customers to coordinate storage capacity, aisle planning, load requirements, and warehouse workflow through a single engineering and manufacturing partner.

Surface Protection for Harsh Middle Eastern Conditions

Warehouse storage equipment used in Saudi Arabia and other Gulf markets can be exposed to high temperatures, elevated indoor temperatures, humidity, and, in coastal areas, saline atmospheric conditions.

For steel storage systems installed in non-air-conditioned warehouses or industrial facilities, appropriate surface preparation and protective coating are important factors in maintaining long-term appearance and corrosion resistance.

Aceally Group applies a controlled multi-stage surface treatment process before powder coating. Steel components are first degreased to remove oil and surface contaminants, followed by rinsing and chemical pretreatment. Zinc phosphating is applied where specified by the applicable surface-treatment process to improve coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.

After pretreatment, components are thoroughly dried before electrostatic powder coating. The coated components are then thermally cured according to the powder coating manufacturer’s specified curing parameters to ensure proper film formation and adhesion.

Aceally also conducts coating performance and corrosion-resistance testing according to applicable quality-control requirements. Salt spray testing can be carried out in accordance with ISO 9227, with a minimum target of 200 hours for corrosion-resistance evaluation where specified for the project.

For Saudi and GCC projects, surface-treatment requirements can also be adjusted according to the installation environment, including indoor, semi-open, and coastal applications.

Global Project Experience and Custom Engineering

Aceally Group has supplied customized warehouse storage systems to customers across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Latin America, supporting applications ranging from general distribution and manufacturing to pharmaceutical storage.

One notable pharmaceutical cold-storage project in Guinea involved a Radio Shuttle racking system with approximately 5,600 pallet positions, shipped in eight 40-foot containers.

In Belgium, Aceally supplied a high-density Drive-in racking system for a pharmaceutical warehouse with approximately 3,000 pallet positions.

These projects demonstrate Aceally Group’s ability to develop storage configurations around specific requirements such as pallet volume, storage density, product characteristics, available warehouse space, and operating methods.

For large-scale projects, Aceally’s engineering team can also support customers with warehouse layouts, rack configurations, load calculations, technical drawings, and customized product specifications.

Q235B Steel and International Standards

Structural reliability is a key consideration when selecting pallet racking for high-volume warehouses and high-bay storage applications.

Aceally Group manufactures heavy-duty storage racks using Q235B steel, with material specifications and manufacturing quality controlled throughout the production process. Upright profiles and beams are manufactured using precision forming processes to achieve consistent dimensions and structural performance.

The company’s quality management system operates under ISO 9001 requirements. Applicable products and projects can also be supported with relevant CE documentation and AS 4084 compliance, depending on the market and project specifications.

Aceally’s engineering and design work can incorporate internationally recognized industry guidelines, including RMI (Rack Manufacturers Institute) recommendations, relevant FEM guidelines, and applicable OSHA requirements where required by the project.

For international customers, engineering documentation can be prepared according to the applicable market standards and project requirements.

150,000 m² Manufacturing Capacity for Global Projects

For large warehouse projects, manufacturing capacity and delivery reliability are just as important as product specifications.

Aceally Group operates approximately 150,000 square meters of manufacturing facilities across four production plants, including its major manufacturing facility in Nantong, China.

With a workforce of more than 600 employees, Aceally has established dedicated production capabilities for warehouse racking and related storage equipment.

Its manufacturing infrastructure includes automated upright roll-forming lines, precision beam-forming equipment, robotic welding stations, and automated powder-coating lines, supported by more than 50 specialized production and processing machines.

Steel coils and incoming materials are inspected before production. During manufacturing, automated forming and robotic welding processes help maintain dimensional consistency and repeatable production quality across large-volume orders.

This production capacity enables Aceally to support both standard container orders and large-scale warehouse projects requiring customized specifications and scheduled deliveries.

The Advantage of Factory-Direct Racking Supply

For warehouse developers, EPC contractors, distributors, and procurement managers, purchasing directly from a specialized manufacturer can provide greater visibility into material specifications, production processes, quality control, and engineering support.

Aceally’s factory-direct model allows customers to communicate directly with its engineering and sales teams throughout the project, from initial warehouse layout planning and product selection to production, quality inspection, packaging, and shipment.

For large Saudi Arabian projects, this integrated approach can help reduce communication layers, simplify technical coordination, and improve control over project schedules.

Instead of sourcing individual storage products from multiple suppliers, customers can work with one manufacturer for a broader range of warehouse storage requirements.

Supporting Saudi Arabia’s Growing Logistics Infrastructure

Saudi Arabia is investing heavily in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution infrastructure as part of the country’s long-term economic development strategy.

Against this background, warehouse operators increasingly require storage systems that can make efficient use of available space while providing reliable performance under demanding operating conditions.

At the Saudi Warehousing & Logistics Expo 2025, Aceally Group demonstrated how its combination of 30 years of manufacturing experience, integrated warehouse solutions, international project experience, engineering capabilities, and large-scale production capacity can support the needs of customers across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.

From selective pallet racking and Drive-in systems to Radio Shuttle racking, longspan shelving, mezzanines, and customized storage solutions, Aceally Group provides a comprehensive product portfolio for modern warehouse applications.
